SKYE, Jakarta’s most iconic rooftop destination, located on Level 56 of Menara BCA, reopens its doors on 15 December 2025.
“After a thoughtful year of refinement, SKYE returns with a renewed sense of clarity and character. For more than a decade, SKYE has been a place where people come to celebrate, reconnect, or simply take a moment above the pace of Jakarta,” said Anggun Melati, Senior Vice President Marketing of Ismaya Group.
“With this reopening, we’re bringing that same spirit forward—just with a little more intention, warmth, and character.”
Designed by Willis Kusuma, one of Indonesia’s most respected architects, SKYE’s new interior embraces warm modernity—natural textures, softened edges, brushed metals, and an understated color palette.
The atmosphere now feels more welcoming—less formal, more expressive, and centered around the concept of belonging.
A Western Contemporary Grill

At the center of SKYE’s renewed experience is its Western Contemporary Grill—a culinary approach built on simple ideas, premium ingredients, and the kind of care that comes from doing this every day. SKYE’s team of chefs has brought their best signature menu into something familiar yet elevated.
1. Sir Harry Orange-Fed Wagyu Steak
Sourced from Australian-bred cattle organically fed with locally grown grains and citrus pulp to create beef with subtle sweetness, buttery texture, exceptional marbling, and a healthy fat profile.
2. Aburi Miyazaki Wagyu
It is torched to bring out the flavor, the wagyu is wrapped with crispy potato, mushroom duxelles, and truffle aioli, topped with Avruga caviar. It’s a simple, thoughtful bite—warm, balanced, and grounded in premium ingredients.
3. Bone Marrow Escargot
At its core; relais de venise butter is a limited ingredient – crafted exclusively by an artisan producer in France. Used as the base that ties together the warmth of roasted bone marrow and the freshness of escargot.
4. Braised Short Ribs
Tender slow-braised short ribs, enhanced with smoky chipotle, charred spring onion relish, and crispy beef brisket. Served with charred baby carrots and finished with a rich caramelized miso jus.
5. Cappellini Vongole
White clams cooked with angel hair pasta turns into a light, clear, and direct flavor—the kind of dish you return to because it feels effortless and comforting at the same time.
6. Bone Marrow Butter Parpadelle
The sauce is made from bone marrow that is cooked low and slow for 72 hours. It’s blended with house-made butter, prepared in small batches, giving the dish a smooth richness that coats the fresh pappardelle without overwhelming it.
SKYE Signature Beverages

SKYE’s cocktail program takes a playful but considered approach, anchored by two signature series that reflect the character of each space.
In the Lounge, Fruit Roulette highlights how a single fruit can shape the mood of a drink, such as Given Lemon, Velvety Almond, and Citrusy Nectar.
While in the Dining area, the Taste of Places collection—also known as Recollection—is inspired by flavors from around the world. The Cardamom Myth provides an intense warm aroma, while the Coriander Spin is lighter and easier to enjoy.
SKYE also introduces Skye Ombré, a cocktail served only during the sunset window—beginning the moment the sun touches the horizon and ending as soon as it disappears.
For guests who prefer non-alcoholic options, SKYE’s mocktails with home made pickles and sodas, resulting in drinks that are bright, refreshing, and intentionally simple.

The Chamber and The Lounge
SKYE’s Chamber is the first in Jakarta serving House Bubbles that offers a wide range of prosecco to champagne per glass. The collection holds around 300 bottles of wine and bubbles selection, with a range that begins at IDR 900,000++.
For years, the lounge has been a stage for global and local talents, and now returns with a renewed sense of energy. The programming will feature curated collaborations between DJs and instrumental musicians, creating a sound that moves naturally from sunset into the late-night rhythm of the city.
