Set along the sunlit shores of Jimbaran Bay, Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, Bali, invites guests to embark on a season of discovery through a series of dining experiences that capture the island’s soulful flavours, coastal beauty and deep-rooted traditions. Recently recognised with one Michelin Key for its exceptional hospitality, the resort celebrates Bali’s essence in each of its gatherings, where food is both nourishment and narrative.
Under the creative direction of Executive Chef Adi Wijaya, Jimbaran Puri unveils a thoughtfully curated calendar of experiences running from November 2025 through December 2025, weaving together culture, community and cuisine. From the forthcoming season of Balinese Communal Feasts, Seafood Barbecues and Festive Beachfront Gatherings, each experience reflects the island’s timeless traditions and the art of slow living by the sea.

November Highlights: Celebrating Togetherness
In November, Jimbaran Puri introduces a rotating weekly dining calendar that honours the island’s culinary rituals and spirit of togetherness.
Charcoal-grilled specialties like Pesan Be Pasih (lemongrass-wrapped fish), Sate Udang (king prawn satay), and Sate Lilit Be Siap (minced chicken satay) are served family-style with traditional sides and desserts at the Pepes and Satay BBQ every first Wednesday.
The second Wednesday brings Megibung, a cherished Balinese communal feast symbolising unity and gratitude. Guests share an abundant platter of Udang Bakar (grilled prawns), Be Pasih Mekalas (braised fish fillet in yellow paste and coconut milk) and Sate Lilit Be Celeng (minced pork satay), finishing with nostalgic sweets like Dadar Gulung and Jaje Klepon.
Each Friday, the Seafood Beach BBQ offers a relaxed yet refined beachfront celebration, featuring freshly grilled Udang, Kerang Bakau, and Lempet Be Awan (minced tuna grilled in banana leaves), paired with Nasi Kuning and Jukut Melakas.
In addition, visitors can anticipate the Jimbaran Food Bazaar on Friday, November 14, 2025, which will cost IDR 690,000++ per person. With a highlight meal of Bebek Betutu and traditional Balinese dancing performances, this lively beachside event is an immersive celebration of the island’s rich gastronomic and cultural legacy.
Each November experience is priced at IDR 550,000++ per person, unless otherwise stated.

December Highlights: Celebrate the Magic Season in Jimbaran Puri
As the year draws to a close, Jimbaran Puri transforms into a coastal haven of festive warmth, inviting guests to celebrate Christmas and New Year with soulful dining and ocean gatherings.
On Christmas Eve, Nelayan Restaurant hosts an elegant four-course dinner, blending timeless holiday traditions with local inspiration. The celebration continues on Christmas Daywith a beach barbecue dinner, where each dish is prepared with warmth, generosity and Balinese spirit.
New Year’s Eve unfolds with the Beach Carnival, a spectacular night of music, dance and culinary indulgence beneath the stars. A lavish gala buffet and live performances lead into a midnight countdown illuminated by fireworks over the bay.
The festivities culminate on New Year’s Day, when guests are invited to welcome 2026 with a refreshing beachfront brunch. Combining the resort’s signature hospitality with the soothing rhythm of the sea, it offers the perfect close to a season of joy, indulgence and renewal.
Complementing the culinary journey, a series of immersive cultural experiences await at Jimbaran Puri, from yoga & meditation session, Balinese egg painting demonstration and Canang Sari making, Balinese Lontar demonstration or Christmas Ornament Crafting continues to celebrate the island’s deep-rooted culinary heritage and the joy of shared moments.
